A $300.00 deposit on a Visa or MC will secure your reservation with us at Gallows Point Resort, with the balance due 30 days prior to arrival. The deposit is fully refundable until your balance due date, with no refunds once you are inside 30 days. To make the deposit, you can either use our secure, encrypted site for deposits or call us at 1-800-348-8444. Your final balance is requested by check or money order, made out to Suite St. John and mailed to: Suite St. John Final balances paid by credit card are subject to a 5% surcharge. Hurricane Cancellations Hurricane season is June 1 - November 30 and if you are staying at Gallows Point Resort during this time period, we highly recommend trip insurance. Insure My Trip (800) 487-4722 Construction Noise All condos at Gallows Point Resort are individually owned, and owners are permitted to renovate their condos between the months of July and November. Any construction that occurs during this period is outside of our control. In the event that construction noise is an issue, we will do our best to move you to a condo as far from any construction as possible.
